Rosé and Berry Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen berries
  • cup caster sugar
  • 550ml ros (we used Brown Brothers Moscato Rosa)
  • 40ml lemon juice
  • cup sliced strawberries
  1. In a blender, combine fresh or frozen berries, caster sugar, ros and lemon juice and blend until smooth
  2. Divide sliced strawberries among popsicle moulds and pour over ros mixture. Insert a popsicle stick into each mould and freeze for 5 hours. Run popsicle moulds under warm water to loosen before eating
