Classic Mai Tai

Ingredients

  • ice cubes
  • 30ml dark rum
  • 30ml light rum
  • 20ml Triple Sec
  • 15ml orange juice
  • 30ml pineapple juice
  • splash of Grenadine
  • pineapple wedge, to garnish
  1. Fill shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Add dark rum, light rum, triple sec, orange juice and pineapple juice. Give combined liquids a shake.
  3. Pour drink into glass and drizzle with grenadine for a gradient effect.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge. (Orange and cherries also make great garnish options)
