Pink Colada

Ingredients

honey, to rim glass
pink sugar crystals, to rim glass (we bought ours from Look Sharp)
ice cubes, few handfuls
30ml white rum
60ml pineapple juice
30ml coconut cream
15ml grenadine
pineapple wedge, to garnish

Pretty in pink, this coloured Piña Colada might just be the perfect cocktail to enjoy at home before heading to a certain movie with friends... Serves 1.

Note: You can vary the shade of pink by increasing or decreasing the amount of grenadine. Have fun!

Dip the rim of your serving glass into honey, then dip into pink sugar crystals. Set aside.
Half-fill a shaker with ice, then add rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream and grenadine.
Shake well, until the cream has fully blended with other ingredients.
Strain into serving glass, and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
