  • ice cubes or crushed ice
  • 30ml white rum
  • 15ml blue curacao (or more if you want a more vibrant hue!)
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 30ml coconut water
  • pineapple juice, to top up
While he doesn’t drink alcohol, there’s no doubt the National Party leader is keen to shake things up now that he's Prime Minister elect. Serves 1.
