West Indies Swizzle

Ingredients

  • crushed ice, for serving
  • 60ml Bumbu Original Rum
  • 15ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 7ml coconut palm sugar syrup
  • 30ml fresh pineapple juice
  • mint leaves, to garnish
Bumbu Original Rum and freshly-squeezed fruit juices make this genuine Jamaican cocktail a tipple that will have you wanting to hit the tropics. Serves 1.

  1. Add crushed ice to a serving glass.
  2. Pour Bumbu Original Rum, lime juice, coconut palm sugar syrup and pineapple juice into glass.
  3. 'Swizzle' until the outside of the glass becomes frosted.
  4. Top with more crushed ice, if required.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves, and enjoy!
