Orange & Ginger Twist


  • ice cubes
  • 2 fresh orange wedges (gently squeezed)
  • 50ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • 100ml premium tonic water, chilled
  • 3 fresh ginger root slices
A simple yet sophisticated twist on the classic G&T is spiced up with a bit of ginger and orange. Serves 1.

  1. Add a handful of ice cubes (or a large ice cube or sphere) to a balloon glass.
  2. Squeeze a fresh orange wedge into the glass to release the juice, then drop it in.
  3. Finely slice the fresh ginger root and add to the glass.
  4. Add Bombay Sapphire gin.
  5. Fill the glass with chilled tonic water and stir gently to infuse.
