Ingredients

  • ice cubes, plus extra for serving (or alternatively a big block of ice to keep the punch cold - see video)
  • 3 parts Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • 1 part St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 2 parts Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth or Martini Rodato Vermouth
  • 8 parts ginger ale (chilled)
  • 12 lime wheels, to garnish
  • 6 fresh mint sprigs, to garnish
  • fresh ginger, sliced, for garnish
Refreshing and sociable, this Summer Punch with iconic Bombay Sapphire Gin transforms gatherings into memorable occasions, making every sip an aromatic adventure.
  1. Place a block of ice into a large punch bowl, or fill with cubed ice.
  2. Pour Bombay Sapphire Gin, liqueur, vermouth and ginger ale into the punch bowl.
  3. Add your garnishes – fresh lime, mint and ginger.
  4. Using a ladle, gently stir the ingredients to infuse flavours.
  5. Serve the cocktail into individual glasses filled with ice cubes.
  6. Garnish serving glasses with a mint, lime and ginger too, if desired. Enjoy!
