9 Maraschino cherries

ice cubes

90ml vodka

375ml mango juice

60ml Galliano
-
1 small egg white

fresh mango slices, to garnish
Foamy but fresh thanks to mango, this sunshine-yellow drink is superb to brighten up a gloomy winter day or to enjoy in the sunshine. Serves 3.

Place 3 cherries and a few ice cubes in each highball glass.

Pour over the combined vodka and mango juice. Add Galliano and egg white to a cocktail shaker and shake until foamy.

Pour foam into glasses so it settles on top. Serve with a straw and garnish with mango slices.
