Galliano Wallbanger

Ingredients

  • 9 Maraschino cherries 
  • ice cubes
  • 90ml vodka 
  • 375ml mango juice
  • 60ml Galliano 
  • 1 small egg white 
  • fresh mango slices, to garnish
Foamy but fresh thanks to mango, this sunshine-yellow drink is superb to brighten up a gloomy winter day or to enjoy in the sunshine. Serves 3.

Cocktails and styling inspired by Resene Galliano and Resene Melting Moment paint colours.  

  1. Place 3 cherries and a few ice cubes in each highball glass.
  2. Pour over the combined vodka and mango juice. Add Galliano and egg white to a cocktail shaker and shake until foamy.
  3. Pour foam into glasses so it settles on top. Serve with a straw and garnish with mango slices.
