Lime & Melon Vodka Highball

Ingredients

  • ice cubes
  • 30ml lime vodka
  • 30ml melon liqueur
  • 10ml lime juice
  • soda water, to fill glass
  • lime, thinly sliced
We're green with envy for this refreshing drink – perfect in a highball glass so you can add your desired ratio of alcohol to soda water. For an extra kick, add a good squeeze of a lime wedge.

This cocktail was inspired by Resene Paint Colours: the background and oval dish in this cocktail photo shoot are both painted in Resene Highball.

  1. Add ice cubes to a highball glass.
  2. Add vodka, melon liqueur and lime juice.
  3. Top with soda water and gently stir.
  4. Garnish with lime, and enjoy.
