Ingredients

  • 60ml blended Scotch whiskey
  • 40ml brewed ginger beer
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • A squeeze of lemon

Usually made with Bourbon and egg white, this summery take on a Whiskey Sour is dry with a ginger twist

  1. Add the scotch to a shaker with a handful of ice, a teaspoon of sugar and a dash of fresh lemon. Give it a shake and strain over the ice into glass. Top up with ginger beer, garnish with a cherry and enjoy.
