Ingredients

  • large ice cube or ice sphere
  • 60ml peated whisky
  • orange peel, to garnish
Much like Winny, Peat Whisky is a smoky character that’s difficult to tame – and ultimately would prefer to shine on its own. Serves 1.

  1. Add large ice cube or sphere to a whisky glass.
  2. Add peated whisky.
  3. Give orange peel a squeeze over drink to release juice and aroma, and add into glass or on rim of glass.
