Rosé Margarita

Ingredients

  • ice cubes
  • berry salt (or ordinary salt), to rim glass
  • 15ml agave syrup
  • 30ml tequila
  • 30ml fresh lime juice
  • 90ml Sparkling Rosé (chilled)
  • 1 lime wedge
A pink twist on the classic Margarita. Rosé syrup and sparkling Rosé wine add subtle sweetness and red fruit flavours to this popular cocktail. Makes 1.
  1. Prepare the glass by moistening the rim with a lime wedge and dip the glass into berry salt (or plain salt) on a shallow dish.
  2. Fill half a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  3. Pour the agave syrup, tequila, and fresh lime juice into the shaker.
  4. Secure the lid on the shaker and shake the ingredients vigorously for about 10-15 seconds. This ensures that the cocktail is well-mixed and properly chilled.
  5. Strain the Margarita mixture into the prepared glass and top with sparkling rosé. Serve immediately
