Ingredients

  • 45ml Ratu 5yo Spiced Rum
  • 20ml blackberry liqueur
  • 30ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 6-8 frozen blackberries
  • orange slice and blackberry, to garnish
  • ice cubes
Indulge in the tantalising fusion of flavours with our exquisite Blackberry Rum Smash cocktail. Serves 1.
  1. Add blackberries to a cocktail shaker, and muddle.
  2. Add Ratu 5yo Spiced Rum, blackberry liqueur, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup.
  3. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for 30-40 seconds.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with orange slice and a blackberry on a cocktail pick. Enjoy!
