Ingredients

  • 40ml Empress gin
  • cucumber, peeled into ribbons 
  • fresh mint, a few sprigs
  • ice cubes
  • mini tonic/soda water bottles 
Simple yet effective. Watch the hue of Empress gin change colour slightly, as the soda water or tonic is added. Serves 1.
  1. Pour gin into fancy oversized glasses.
  2. Peel cucumber into ribbons or slice thinly and arrange in glasses with fresh mint leaves.
  3. When guests arrive add a few ice cubes to each glass, and serve with chilled mini bottles of tonic or soda for personal mixing!
