Ingredients

  • 60ml gin
  • 10ml Pernod
  • 120ml pink grapefruit juice
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  • small pinch salt
  • lemon rind, to garnish
This "pretty in pink" cocktail packs quite the flavour punch (note: must love aniseed!) Makes 1
  1. Pour all the ingredients, except the garnish, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake well.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass and garnish with a slice of lemon rind.
