Maker's Mark Gold Rush

Ingredients

  • ice cubes, for shaker
  • 45ml Maker’s Mark Bourbon Whisky
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 20ml Taylor Pass honey syrup (2 parts honey:1 part water)
  • lemon twist, to garnish
  • large ice cubes, for serving
A golden-hued drink that oozes warmth, thanks to a Maker's Mark Bourbon Whisky base and a hint of honey and lemon. Serves 1.
  1. Chill serving glass.
  2. Add ice, Maker’s Mark Bourbon Whisky, lemon juice and Taylor Pass honey syrup to a shaker. Shake well for 30 seconds.
  3. Add large ice cube to serving glass, then strain liquid from shaker into glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
