30ml orange liqueur

agave syrup, to rim glass

desiccated coconut, to rim glass

coconut balls (or giant marshmallows), to garnish
Cute as a button but packed with a punch, this coconut margarita is hop-piness in a glass.

Prepare glass by dipping rim upside down into agave syrup, then dipping into desiccated coconut.

In a cocktail shaker add coconut milk, tequila, orange liqueur, pineapple juice and lime juice. Shake well.

Add a handful of ice to each glass, then pour margaritas.

Garnish with a store-bought white coconut ball or giant marshmallow.
