Coconut Blush Martini

Ingredients

  • 8 raspberries, plus extra, for garnish 
  • ice cubes 
  • 80ml gin 
  • 60ml Chambord
  • 200ml coconut water  
Think coconut ice in a cocktail glass. This raspberry and coconut martini is sure to sweeten your day.

Cocktails and styling inspired by Resene Red Berry and Resene Coconut Ice paint colours.  

  1. Smash the fresh raspberries to release their colour and flavour, then place into a cocktail shaker. 
  2. Add ice cubes, gin, Chambord and coconut water. 

  3. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glasses.
  4. Garnish with skewered raspberries.
