Popcorn Rum Spider

Ingredients

  • -1 cup popcorn-infused cola
  • 45ml dark rum
  • 2 x scoops vanilla ice cream
  • popcorn, to garnish
  • POPCORN-INFUSED COKE
  • 1/2 cup popped corn
  • 1 cup cola
  1. Popcorn-infused coke: Put popped corn into a large lidded jar and pour in cola. Fasten the lid securely and shake. Leave for an hour, and up to four, shaking periodically. Strain popcorn from liquid.
  2. For the cocktail: Shake popcorn-infused coke and rum together in a cocktail shaker. Scoop ice cream into a sundae glass and pour rum mixture over. Garnish with popped corn.
