  • 4 tablespoons instant coffee granules
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 90ml whisky

A simple whisky and coffee cocktail that tastes as great as it looks. Serves 2

  1. Place instant coffee granules and water in a blender and whizz for 15 seconds. The mixture should become fluffy
  2. Fill two glasses with ice
  3. Pour maple syrup and whisky over ice and top with blended coffee mixture, stirring once to combine
