Maple Bourbon Sour

Ingredients

  • 60ml Wild Turkey Kentucky Bourbon
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 50ml maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon ginger juice (large knob of ginger, peeled, grated and squeezed)
  • Wither Hills Pinot Noir, to top
  • ice
  • crystallised ginger, to garnish
  1. Put all ingredients, except the wine, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a glass.
    Pour the wine over the back of a dessert spoon to top.
