  • 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 50ml chocolate liqueur
  • 30ml vodka
  • 50ml baileys
  • strawberry jam and crushed peanut rim, to garnish

This Easter-ready cocktail blends flavours of chocolate and peanut for a drink that's as sophisticated as it is sinful. Serves 1

  1. Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker and strain into a rimmed glass
  2. Strawberry jam and crushed peanut rim: Heat a tablespoon of strawberry jam on a small plate in the microwave for 20-30 seconds until loosened and melted. Place a handful of crushed peanuts on another plate. Dip the rim of the glass into the jam and then the peanuts to coat
