Hazelnut Dream

Ingredients

  • 100ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • 1 cup ice
  • 20g chocolate, melted
  • 60g toasted hazelnuts, chopped
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • crushed peanuts, to garnish
Indulgent but perfectly balanced thanks to hazelnuts, almond milk and banana. Serves 1.
  1. Add Baileys, ice, almond milk and banana into a blender and blend until combined.
  2. Dip the rim of a cocktail glass into melted chocolate or chocolate hazelnut spread, then dip again into the crushed hazelnuts.
  3. Pour Baileys mixture into the glass, then sprinkle some crushed peanuts over the top, to garnish.
