Ingredients

  • 45ml Campari
  • 45ml sweet vermouth
  • prosecco
  • orange zest

Add a special touch to a classic negroni with the addition of some fizz. Serves 1

  1. Place the Campari and sweet vermouth into a chilled shaker
  2. Blend then strain into a glass
  3. Top with prosecco and add a slither of orange zest
