Ingredients

  • black sugar rim (optional)
  • 50ml Chambord
  • 30ml Cointreau
  • 50ml black sambuca
  • soda, to top
  • frozen raspberries and liquorice strap, to garnish
  • ice

Dive into the dark side this Halloween with our deliciously refreshing concoction made with flavours of aniseed and raspberry. Serves 1

  1. To make a black sugar rim if using, place fine white sugar in a saucer and add a drop or 2 of black food colouring, mixing well to combine. Add orange or lemon juice to another saucer and dip the rim of your glass into this and then the black sugar to coat
  2. Pour the Chambord, Cointreau and black sambuca into a cocktail shaker and shake well
  3. Pour the liquid into an ice-filled glass (we used one large cube of ice) and top with soda water. Garnish with frozen raspberries and a liquorice strap threaded onto a cocktail stick
