Port Charlotte 10YO
This heavily peated Islay single malt Scotch whisky from Bruichladdich has previously only been available in limited quantities, but has just been released permanently (whoop whoop). Conceived, distilled, matured and bottled entirely on Islay it has aromas and flavours of barbecue smokiness tempered with creamy sweet fudge notes, spices, oak and candied citrus with marine mineral clarity and the typical Port Charlotte dry smoke style.
Pair with: Smoked fleshy seafoods like oysters, mackerel and kippers

This whisky signifies the rebirth of the Jura distillery and their community, hence the bottle has the Celtic symbol for beginnings. Aged in ex-bourbon casks for 10 years, it has a smooth and clean tasting palate with gentle oak flavours.

Benriach Batch 1 Cask Strength
This first edition of a new cask strength release is classic BenRiach in style. A single malt natural state whisky, it's non-chill filtered and a natural colour, with creamy, delicate flavours and aromas of vanilla, fruits and sweet barley.

Bruichladdich Classic Laddie
Bruichladdich’s signature style permanent release multi- vintage whisky, is crafted to showcase a classic, floral and elegant style. Unpeated and made from 100% Scottish barley, the spirit has been trickle distilled, then matured by the shores of Loch Indaal in premium American oak.
Pair with: Smoked mussels or oysters
This superb, richly sherried single malt whisky is matured in a combination of the finest Spanish Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso Sherry casks. Non-chill filtered and bottled at 43% ABV, the GlenDronach 12 Year Old is a sweet and creamy dram.
Pair with: Fruit cake and pears
Matured for nine years in ex-bourbon casks, one half of this whisky is transferred to 30-year-old Gonzalez Byass Matusalem Oloroso Sherry butts before being reunited. An elegant dram with intense citrus and vanilla.

Teeling’s flagship spirit, this interesting small batch, blended Irish whiskey is created from hand-selected casks further matured in ex-Flor de Cana Rum barrels for an extra sweet and smooth flavour. Bottled at 46% with no chill filtration.
