From father to son, the mastery of Wild Turkey stands the test of time

Wild Turkey’s very own Jimmy Russell is the longest-tenured active master distiller in the world. For an astounding 60 years, Jimmy has been making whiskey at the Wild Turkey Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky and is a member of the Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Fame.

Eddie Russell Joined Wild Turkey in 1981 and after 35 years was named master distiller in his own right, making Jimmy and Eddie the only active father and son duo of bourbon master distillers in the world.

For over 75 years, Wild Turkey have made their whiskey the right way, and they've made it at the top of Wild Turkey Hill in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. It’s where heritage, craft and patience come together to create Wild Turkey’s true, rich flavour.
