Ingredients

  • ice cubes
  • 30ml Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
  • 170ml Alchemy & Tonic Grapefruit & Thyme Tonic
  • fresh raspberries, to garnish
  • wedge of grapefruit, to garnish
There's a reason why this has been dubbed Ireland's best gin and tonic. Serves 1.
  1. Add a handful of ice cubes, Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin and tonic water to a gin glass.
  2. Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit and three raspberries (either in the gin or on a cocktail pick).
