Ingredients

  • mint leaves
  • lime wedge
  • 1 tsp elderflower cordial
  • Brown Brothers Prosecco
  • soda water
  • ice cubes
Our take on the classic Hugo, with a zesty Prosecco twist. Serves 1
  1. Pluck several mint leaves into a glass, squeeze over a lime wedge and drop it in.
  2. Add a generous teaspoon of elderflower cordial.
  3. Top up glass with Brown Brothers Prosecco and a splash of soda water.
  4. Throw in some ice cubes, mix well and enjoy!
