45ml Scapegrace Vodka (lovely and sweet)

100ml fresh orange juice

30ml grenadine
There’s a lot of fun to be had during election time – not least making your very own Election Special cocktails! This Jacinda Sunrise is quite sweet, and definitely knows how to please a crowd. Enjoy garnishing your Jacinda with whatever shade of red you like! Serves 1

Fill a tall glass with ice

Pour over vodka and orange juice

Gently pour the grenadine through the middle - it will sink to the bottom of the glass. Do not stir.

Garnish with lots of red, and treat respectfully. Perhaps give it a hug.
