Sweet Tooth Frappé

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 2 scoops chocolate ice cream
  • 60ml Baileys (or any chocolate cream liqueur)
  • 50ml crème de cacao
  • 50ml Frangelico
  • store-bought whipped cream, to garnish
  • coloured mini eggs, to rim glass and to garnish
  • nutella (hazelnut spread), to rim glass
  1. To prepare glass, place mini eggs on a plate and crush them into small pieces. Pour Nutella onto saucer and spread out evenly. Generously dip rim of glass into Nutella, then into mini egg pieces. Set aside.
  2. Place ice cubes, ice cream, Baileys, crème de cacao and Frangelico into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  3. Pour into prepared glasses, garnish with dollop of whipped cream and a few more mini eggs on the top.
  4. Pop in straw for easier sipping.
