Frozen Cucumber Mojito


  • 2 cups crushed ice 
  • 60ml vodka 
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 1 cucumber, peeled
  • 10 mint leaves, washed, plus extra, to garnish
  • ⅓ cup lime juice
  • ½ cup soda water
Our latest crush, this mojito with mint, cucumber, vodka and a ton of ice! Get your blender and make it in minutes. Serves 2

This cocktail is inspired by Resene Chelsea Cucumber paint colour, and is also the beautiful hue seen on the table and plinth of the cocktail photograph. 

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz well (add more soda water to make it your desired consistency).
  2. Pour evenly between two glasses. Garnish with mint (and optional straw).
