Creme Egg Martini

Ingredients

  • 30ml vodka (vanilla vodka also works well)
  • 30ml crème de cacao (clear)
  • 30ml white choc liqueur
  • 15ml advocaat
  • 30ml cream
  • creme egg, halved, to garnish
  • melted chocolate, to rim glass
All the chocolate goodness with the brandy from advocaat and a splash of vodka. This creamy drink will have you coming back for more. Serves 1.
  1. To prepare glass, dip upside down coupe glass into melted chocolate. Set aside.
  2. Into a shaker, add ice, vodka, crème de cacao, white chocolate liqueur, advocaat and cream. Shake well.
  3. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with half a creme egg on a cocktail pick.
