Ingredients

  • 50ml Bacardi Carta Oro rum
  • 20ml crème d'abricot
  • 15ml orgeat
  • 20ml fresh lemon juice
  • ice cubes
Mellow out with the rich flavours and delicate toasted character of golden Bacardi Carta Oro. Creamy and silky sweet, orgeat brings another layer to this fruity rum refreshment. Serves 1
  1. METHOD: Add all the ingredients to a shaker, pack with ice and shake hard for 10-15 seconds. Fine-strain over ice into chilled tumblers and garnish.
  2. GARNISH: Ruby red grapefruit wheel.
  3. GLASS: Rocks glass.
