  • 60ml Irish whiskey
  • 30ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ginger beer, chilled
  • two lime peels

This Irish whiskey based cocktail is perfect for St Patrick's day celebrations

  1. Add whiskey and lime juice to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice
  2. Shake until well chilled - about 15 seconds
  3. Place a large cube of ice in a glass. Strain the whiskey and lime mix into the glass
  4. Top with ginger beer and garnish with the two lime peels
