Rosemary Sausages

Ingredients

  • 12 pork & fennel sausages (or your favourites)
  • 12 rosemary sticks or skewers
  • 1 onion, diced
  • olive oil

Serves:6

  1. Skewer a few onion slices with a rosemary stick or bamboo skewer before skewering a sausage.
  2. Brush with olive oil and cook on the barbecue over low to medium heat for about 10-12 minutes until thoroughly cooked and golden.
