Ingredients

  • 100ml tonic water
  • 50ml gin
  • 4-6 cucumber slices
  • 1/4 lime, sliced
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

A light, refreshing cocktail with a crunch of cucumber

  1. Add mint, lime, gin, sugar to shaker and muddle
  2. Add cucumber slices to shaker and shake vigoriously
  3. Pour mixture over glass filled with ice and top with tonic water
