Boysenberry Whisky Sour


  • 45ml Monkey Shoulder Whisky
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 5–6 boysenberries
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ice

Make the most of luscious summer boysenberries with this twist on a whisky sour. Have fun playing around with the fruit – blueberries would also work beautifully. Serves one

  1. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  2. Strain into a glass, add more ice and extra boysenberries, if desired.
