Moose Hunting

Boundary Road’s elusive porter Chocolate Moose is on the loose again

Those who like to engage in a spot of beer hunting, may have been seeking out moose of late. While not a mammal famously linked with New Zealand, the Moose had been seen across the country last year, before going underground again.

Now, Boundary Road’s Chocolate Moose has been brought back by popular demand.

A full bodied porter dominated by delicious chocolate aromas and supported by specialty roasted malts including toasted toffee, caramel and light biscuit flavours, the beer boasts a robust body and none of the harsh or overly bitter notes of stout. This ale is a modern twist on a traditional porter, with aromas of toasted malts, notes of cocoa and a silky chocolate finish.

Perfect as a match with rich or chocolate desserts and available at Liquorland now.
