The Region

The Barossa Valley is famous for, and home to, some of the best shiraz in the world. This small but significant wine region on Australia’s southern edge has quickly become one of the world’s most celebrated wine regions. Its tapestry of ancient red friable clay soils combines with a warm and dry climate to create a unique environment for vines to develop fruit that has a vibrancy and depth of flavour like nowhere else on earth. In over a quarter of a century, Barossa Valley Estate has established itself as one of the Barossa Valley’s defining wineries, with wines that are made to cellar or enjoy upon release, with or without food.

The Food

Enjoy Barossa Valley Estate Shiraz on its own or match with juicy, tender steak, lamb and charcuterie, spicy, smoky and barbecue flavours, béarnaise and peppercorn sauces, and aged cheeses. Delicious.
