Summer Rosé For Sharing

Kick off your summer socialising this weekend with a new flavoursome rosé from Montana

With delicious flavours and aromas of berries and flowers, it’s no surprise that rosé is one of the top drinks of the summer, and this year rosé is tipped as the hottest drink of the season.

Montana’s new Reserve Rosé is made with grapes harvested from Hawke’s Bay’s best vineyards, and crafted to bring out the distinctive tastes and aromas of the region and this beautiful variety of wine. At first sip you’ll discover a wine that’s designed for long lazy lunches and al fresco dinners shared with friends and family.

TASTING NOTES

Perfect for drinking right now, the 2017 Montana Reserve Rosé has aromas and flavours of strawberry, red berry fruit, floral hints and a honeyed sweetness with a creamy mouthfeel and nice level of acidity. 2017 was one of the driest summers on record in Hawke’s Bay, giving this year’s Montana Reserve Rosé beautiful hints of ripe fruit.

FOOD MATCH: Perfect drinking on its own as an aperitif or match with light dishes such as fresh summer salad, salmon or seared tuna.
