Zingy Tomatini

Ingredients

  • 30ml gin
  • 15ml bianco vermouth
  • 60ml tomato water (see instructions)
  • cocktail onions and cherry tomatoes, to garnish

This incredible drink adds the savory and sweet notes of tomato to a classic martini. Serves 1

  1. Add the gin, vermouth and tomato water (click below for method) to an ice-filled cocktail shaker and strain into a martini glass

    1. Add the following ingredients to a food processor or blender and blitz till smooth: 4 large tomatoes, 1 red chilli, ½ tsp salt, squeeze of lemon
    2. Strain through a cheesecloth suspended over a bowl in the fridge for 8 hours
  2. Garnish with cocktail onions and cherry tomatoes
