Whisky White Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 90ml whisky
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 200 grams white chocolate
  • white marshmallows and grated chocolate to serve (optional)
  1. Heat milk, whisky and vanilla in a saucepan over a medium-low heat
  2. Roughly chop chocolate and add to milk. Stir constantly until chocolate melts
  3. Pour into mugs and top with marshmallows and grated chocolate
