Ingredients

  • 20ml cocktail cherry syrup (from a jar of cocktail cherries)
  • 50ml unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 50ml Johnnie Walker Double Black
  • ice
  • pineapple wedges and cocktail cherries, to garnish (optional)
The sweet almondy flavours of maraschino syrup
and the tartness of pineapple marry beautifully
with Johnnie Walker Double Black’s smoky notes
for a distinct winter tiki vibe. Recipe by Nikki Birrell. Serves 1
  1. Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker, then strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with pineapple wedges and cocktail cherries, if desired.
