Whisky Cherry Float


  • ½ cup fresh or frozen pitted cherries
  • 50ml whisky
  • 1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • ginger beer, to top
  • cherry, to garnish (optional)

More of a dessert than a cocktail, this treat feels like nostalgia all grown up. Serves 1

  1. Muddle cherries and add whisky (you can leave to macerate for a few hours or use straight away)
  2. Place cherries and whisky in a sundae glass, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a cherry and serve
