Watermelon Bourbon Negroni

Ingredients

  • 30ml Martini Rosso Vermouth
  • 30ml Wild Turkey Bourbon
  • 30ml Campari
  • 60ml watermelon juice (you can make by whizzing watermelon in a blender then straining it)
  • orange peel, to garnish (optional)

Give the bourbon negroni a fresh twist. Serves one

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients, shake well
  2. Add to short glass with a large sphere or chunk of ice (we froze some rosemary leaves into ours)
  3. Garnish with a twist of orange peel
