  • ½ cup Kahlua
  • 2 tablespoons rum
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • mascarpone or whipped cream
  • grated dark chocolate

Observe Rum Day this year with a chocolate and coffee cocktail made with Kahlua, cocoa, rum and whipped cream. Serves 2

  1. Place Kahlua, rum, milk and cocoa in a large jug and whisk to combine
  2. Pour evenly between two tall ice-filled glasses. Top with a large spoonful of mascarpone or whipped cream and a dusting of grated chocolate
  3. Tip: For extra wow-factor, chill glasses and drizzle or paint with melted dark chocolate before adding the ice and drink
