  • 45ml Bacardi Superior White Rum
  • 30ml honey
  • 15ml Fino sherry
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 15ml egg white
  • slice of lemon
  • ice

  1. Add rum, honey syrup, Fino sherry, lemon juice and egg white to a cocktail shaker and dry shake
  2. Add ice and shake again
  3. Strain into glass and garnish with lemon
