Ingredients

  • 30ml Aperol
  • 60ml gin
  • juice of lemon, plus slice to garnish
  • ginger kombucha, to top
  • dash Angostura bitters
  1. Pour Aperol, gin and lemon juice into a large, ice-filled glass and top with kombucha. Stir gently, add a lemon slice and a couple of drops of Angostura Bitters and serve.
