Ingredients

  • 30ml Sailor Jerry spiced rum
  • 60ml Stones Green Ginger Wine
  • 120ml dry ginger ale (or to taste)
  • 1 long, thin slice fresh ginger
  • yellow or orange edible flower (i.e. calendula, dandelion, nasturtium, pansy)

Makes 1

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add the rum and the ginger wine. Top with dry ginger ale and garnish with the fresh ginger and edible flower.
